relations with Unions (Sadtu ,Samwu),Private Companies (Metropolitan) that assisted us to
drive Absa products and exceed targets even in the Transkei area where Absa branches
were not opened yet.

establishing profitable relations with Traditional Leader in the Transkei area
2013 – 2014- Absa SM Turned around Absa Transkei Sales performance from closing 4 to 9
/11 banking buckets within 3 months through a couple of personal initiatives

retrenchment procress in July
