Achievements
Drive, coach and train staff in the zone (in coordination with the branch head's) in my designated
branches to overachieve the YTD targets in 6 products out of total 8 Products
 Driving the Sales Management process in designated branches
 Opening new channels with the branches' staff and track the closing of these deals
 Coordinate with the branch heads and their deputies on the KPIs for performing target with their staff.
 Achieve the sales targets by focusing on approved business and closing large ticket deals to achieve the
sales targets and seeking the possible ultimate solutions to salvage the rejected cases to be approved.
 Respond to and follow up on sales inquiries for large/medium clients by mail, telephone and visits.
 Monitor and ensure regular feedback from the big deals customer, following the sales.
 Ensure proper coordination with different bank areas to achieve objectives smoothly & monitor and
consolidated the team client relations to the higher level.
