Feed-forward neural networks can be considered as geometric transformations that act on input data points. It is known that, during training, those transformations generally bring points belonging to the same class closer together and drive points belonging to different classes farther away. The purpose of this work is to carry out a numerical analysis of how this description varies during training. The training task consisted of a binary (e.g.\ even digits vs.\ odd digits) of the elements of MNIST and other similar structured datasets, in order to have a clear vision of the link between structure in data and possible noteworthy behaviours in the evolution of the inner geometries of neural networks. Particular attention has been reserved to data points which neural networks struggle more to correctly classify, and their connection to the neural networks generalization capability.

There are various high dimensional engineering and scientific applications in communication, control, robotics, computer vision, biometrics, etc.; where researchers are facing problem to design an intelligent and robust neural system which can process higher dimensional information efficiently. The conventional real-valued neural networks are tried to solve the problem associated with high dimensional parameters, but the required network structure possesses high complexity and are very time consuming and weak to noise. These networks are also not able to learn magnitude and phase values simultaneously in space. The quaternion is the number, which possesses the magnitude in all four directions and phase information is embedded within it. This paper presents a well generalized learning machine with a quaternionic domain neural network that can finely process magnitude and phase information of high dimension data without any hassle. The learning and generalization capability of the proposed learning machine is presented through a wide spectrum of simulations which demonstrate the significance of the work.

While selecting automobiles for sale, the proposed software will automatically check for total number of available stock of that particular item, if the total stock of that particular item is less than 5, software will notify the user to purchase the particular item.
Also when the user tries to sale items which are not in stock, the system will prompt the user that the stock is not enough. Customers of this system can search for a automobile; can purchase a automobile easily by selecting fast. 1. INTRODUCCIÓN
El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo fortalecer el estudio de álgebra lineal enfocándonos
exclusivamente en el tema de espacios y subespacios vectoriales para el desarrollo manual de los
ejercicios y su aplicación en la carrera de Ingeniería en Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicación
herramienta de ayuda para la resolución de los problemas planteados.
Por ello, en el taller a realizar se incluye además de los conocimientos científicos necesarios, la práctica
y lineamientos correspondientes para aplicar los espacios y subespacios vectoriales, de esta forma, se
busca promover la reflexión y el análisis para que los estudiantes obtengan el aprendizaje básico y
suficiente del tema.
2. OBJETIVOS
Investigar sobre la aplicación de los espacios y subespacios vectoriales y su relación con la carrera
de Ingeniería en Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicación.
Ejecutar los ejercicios vectoriales planteados utilizando la regla de Wronkskiano para que se adquiera
más conocimiento acerca de los diferentes métodos existentes para la resolución de ejercicios.
Comprender el concepto de espacios y subespacios vectoriales, usando las herramientas y procesos
adecuados para el cálculo e implementación de las mismas en las operaciones.
3. FUNDAMENTACIÓN TEÓRICA
3.1. Aplicaciones de espacios y subespacios en las TICS
En álgebra, un espacio vectorial es una ordenación algebraica establecida a partir de un conjunto no
vacío, una operación interna (llamada suma, definida para los elementos del conjunto) y una operación
externa (llamada producto por un escalar, definida entre dicho conjunto y otro conjunto, con estructura
de cuerpo) con 8 propiedades primordiales (Karla, Wendolin, Erika, Maya, & Carlos, 2019).Por otro
lado, los subespacios vectoriales es el subconjunto de un espacio vectorial, que compensa por sí mismo
la enunciación de espacio vectorial con las mismas operaciones que V (Wikipedia, 2020).
Los espacios y subespacios vectoriales llegan a ser muy importantes dentro de las ingenierías existentes
ya que ayudan a obtener el funcionamiento correcto de lo que se esté haciendo o creando, pero ahora
enfocándonos en nuestra rama de ingeniería en Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicación definida
según (Cejas & Picorel, 2009) como sistemas y recursos para la elaboración, almacenamiento y difusión
digitalizada de información, basados en la utilización de tecnología informática. Los espacios y
subespacios vectoriales en lo que respecta a la tecnología puede ser aplicada en:
Cuando trabajamos con un programa de dibujo en 3D o un juego de ordenador, los giros de
las imágenes tridimensionales se realizan mediante matriz de giro, dicha matriz es una matriz
de cambio de base de un espacio vectorial.

dimensional pueden descomponerse en una serie de operaciones básicas (dilataciones,

Se puede concluir en que los espacios y subespacios vectoriales dentro de las ingenierías y lo que
corresponde a las TICS forman de mucha importancia ya que va de la mano de la tecnología para poder
crear nuevos inventos
Después de haber analizado los pasos para el desarrollo de ejercicios con espacios y
subespacios vectoriales a través del Wronkosiano se puede concluir que es un método eficaz
para la resolución de dichos ejercicios.
Por último, se ha comprendido el concepto de espacios y subespacios y que se ha usado las
herramientas para el cálculo e implementación de las mismas en las operaciones vectoriales
6. RECOMENDACIONES
Se debe comprender en su totalidad el concepto de los espacios y subespacios, de esa manera conseguir
un desarrollo correcto en la resolución de operaciones, además, de conocer la relación que tienen los
espacios y subespacios con las Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicación para así aumentar la
practica en resolución de operaciones de esa manera resolver con facilidad los ejercicios planteados.
El Wronkosiano es eficaz para la resolución de funciones con espacios y subespacios vectoriales se
recomienda implementarla cuidadosa y acertadamente, tal que se cumplan con el desarrollo correcto del
ejercicio planteado.
Se recomienda ver videos, leer documentos en tal caso que no esté completamente claro la aplicación
del Wronkosiano en las funciones con espacios y subespacios vectoriales.
