• The department is situated at lobby .
• There are three sections located at the face of the lobby- GRE Desk ,Duty
Manager Desk, Concierge Desk , Reception Desk & Cashiers Desk.
• Business center is located at the DOWNSTAIRS of the lobby.
• It has a board room, internet and facilities like scanning, Printing, Photocopying
and Binding is also done.

Hence it is divided into various section to handle the task. Staffs are allocated
accordingly.Sections and their Responsibility of the housekeeping are:-
•Floors: cleaning and giving service to the rooms.
•Public Area: housekeeping here is responsible for cleaning of all outlets, banquets,
public restrooms, elevators and lobby area.
•Linen Room. Collects all soiled linen, send it for laundry and collects fresh laundry
and distribute the to the outlets.
•Laundry area. Responsible for cleaning of guest laundry.

different operation. they are Bakery, Butchery, grinder room & IRD
Kitchen.
