in the concrete.
5) Tilted Drum Mixer : A concrete mixer (also commonly called a cement mixer)
is a device that homogeneously combines cement, aggregate such as sand or
gravel, and water to form concrete. For smaller volume works portable concrete
mixers are often used so that the concrete can be made at the construction site,
giving the workers ample time to use the concrete before it hardens.
6) Bar Straighter Machine: This machine is used for cutting the bar as per
requirement in large quantities. The machine can done the operation of cutting upto

be installed at site.
8) JCB Excavator:- Excavators are heavy construction equipment consisting of a
boom, stick, bucket and cab on a rotating platform (known as the "house"). The
house sits atop an undercarriage with tracks or wheels. A cable-operated excavator
uses winches and steel ropes to accomplish the movements. They are a natural

 The ways and methods to construct and check the various components of
the structure such as that of a foundation, slab, beam and column etc.
 To become accustomed with the machinery involved in construction like
batching plants, concrete pumps, load cells, excavators etc.
 To make daily report of the work done at the site for the daily Diary.
 To learn the basic tips and tricks of everyday on-site work like managing labour
and overcoming any obstacles faced during everyday construction.

Its capacity is 6 cumecs and it revolves at a rate of 7 rpm while transportation.
  • 8. 3) Boom Placer: It is used to lift material from the bottom and take it to the heights of building which would have been very difficult by labour. 4) Needle Vibrator: The Needle Vibrator, also known as immersion or poker vibrator have a power unit and long flexible tube at the end of which a vibrating head is attached. Wherever compaction is to be done, the vibrating head is inserted in the concrete.
  • 9. 5) Tilted Drum Mixer : A concrete mixer (also commonly called a cement mixer) is a device that homogeneously combines cement, aggregate such as sand or gravel, and water to form concrete. For smaller volume works portable concrete mixers are often used so that the concrete can be made at the construction site, giving the workers ample time to use the concrete before it hardens. 6) Bar Straighter Machine: This machine is used for cutting the bar as per requirement in large quantities. The machine can done the operation of cutting upto 12mm dia. and for bar having dia greater than 12mm than Bar Cutter is used.
  • 10. 7) Concrete Pump: Concrete pump are used when large quantity of concrete is to be transported continuously when Boom placer is not in working position cannot be installed at site. 8) JCB Excavator:- Excavators are heavy construction equipment consisting of a boom, stick, bucket and cab on a rotating platform (known as the "house"). The house sits atop an undercarriage with tracks or wheels. A cable-operated excavator uses winches and steel ropes to accomplish the movements.
