• Achieve minimum contract levels and associated targets across all contracts
• Quality Outputs and Risk Management - Ensure Learner journey and experience
are positive and we are OFSTED ready - Achieve and maintain good or better
across all provision
• Achieve Merlin standard and Provider Financial Assurance (PFA)
• Welfare to Work Contract - To maintain and grow and integrate with all aspects
of the group and to ensure sustainable job outcomes – ensure adherence to new
DWP standards
• Develop and enhance our 14 to 23 NEET off er – Programme of study,
Traineeships, Advance Birmingham programme – We must aim to have 33% of
overall activity within this area
• Improve communication and systems – Smart Assessor, CRM Systems
• Introduce and embed e-learning (20% in year)
• Marketing to commercial private clients – Ensure we are a market leader in 24
plus advanced learning loans (£250K take-up)
• Engage with 5 to 8 companies employing over 250
• Collaborate and work together as a strong unifi ed team where everyone is
contributing
