The role of the Employer Find an apprenticeship provider Employed and on PAYE Pay the apprentice the lawful wage Ensure the apprentice has time to complete their OTJT Provide a supervisor or mentor to support the apprentice Have an agreed ‘Training Plan’ Attend Tripartite reviews every 12 weeks – commitment Allow extra time for sessions if required Contribute to the sequence of the programme © Pathway Group | E & OE
