I am a sales focused account manager excellent at building relationships, resolving conflict and working
to deadlines. I have a passion for account management having successfully managed 118 private
clients in one of the largest freehold purchases in the enfranchisement sector in the last ten years. I
have excellent time management and negotiation skills and I am looking to continue my specialisation
with a role that will encompass my many skills in this area.

Project Manager
Role: Project Manager September 2013 – August 2015
Responsible for projects to extend leases or purchase freehold for flat owners including sales, pitching
to clients and developing my own project delivery team, managing over 500 clients annually, exceeding
their expectations by providing consistent, reliable and accurate communications. With accountability for
sourcing new suppliers and developing the relationships we have been successful in providing
consistently high levels of service for our mutual clients.
Key successes:
• Coordinated the redevelopment of all correspondence to clients including content and design (170
letter and email templates)
• Concurrently managed 25 lease extension projects including complex prime central London
projects
• Successfully delivered one of the largest Section 5A purchases in leasehold sector in the last ten
years’ worth £1.637m and £132,000 in total fees
• Achieved the most sales for company in 2013 worth £320,000 in fees to Leasehold Solutions
• Engaged nine new suppliers negotiating fee packages and terms of engagement
• Expedited 30 projects to a successful completion worth £1.125m total fees to all suppliers

Role: Project Coordinator April 2012 – September 2013
Responsible for projects to extend leases or purchase freehold for flat owners including project initiation,
project communication (including presenting outline of project to clients), building and maintaining
successful stakeholder relationships with clients and suppliers, tracking and monitoring progress, project
delivery to strict legal deadlines and project handover and closure.

• Expedited 23 projects to successful completion worth £180,000 in fees to Leasehold Solutions

Warehouse Manager
Role: Warehouse Manager responsible for collation of invoices and delivery notes, resource
administration, facilitating stock counts, ordering stock, liaising with the sales team and building
relationships with all levels of management.
Key successes:
• Initiated change project to deliver a new warehouse to gain extra space
• Led circa 45 employees over three areas (warehouse, packing and showroom) with responsibility
for recruitment, development, motivating, training employees including performance management
