SupplyPro Mobile and Field Management Services (FMS): On the Builders-focused side of Hyphen’s business, we have a much more mature and robust User Group capability that’s been up and running for several years. What did they learn from that experience that we can leverage on the Supply Chain-focused side of our business? What parts can we emulate? What parts aren’t as applicable? How did they manage groups of competing organizations working together on a common roadmap?

tasks which if rescheduled, would trigger a
reschedule of the builders original order.
• Ex: Counter-top installer sets 3 tasks. Order, Cut,
Install. If the Cutting of the counter is delayed, the
install would need to be delayed and would likely
warrant a the supplier requesting a reschedule from
the builder

• The color coding of tasks in FMS is currently a manual setting based on the suppliers
interaction with the builder (ie. Have they confirmed the order with the builder)
• If the user is utilizing “Builder Completion Reminders” update the color of tasks
automatically based on the status of the previous order set up for reminders
