Preferred Sands implemented the Gabriel Institute's Role-Based Assessment tool to improve its hiring process and reduce high employee turnover rates. Prior to using RBA, Preferred Sands was experiencing around 30% turnover as it rapidly expanded. RBA evaluated not just job skills but how applicants would fit and work as part of a team. After starting to use RBA for hiring, Preferred Sands' turnover dropped to almost zero. The tool helped them identify strong team players and make hires that were a good organizational fit.
