became redundant due to no current or forthcoming projects with Clough Projects Group. I am seeking

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Pre-Project
• Analyse project requirements and the cost effectiveness and efficiency of a range of procurement
and logistics supply chain options and systems utilising a global network of resources.
• Compile and publish Request for Tender documents for Major Packages, Supply and Service to
attract quotations via eRFQ system.
• Evaluate tendered submissions and compile Recommendation for Approval reports.
• Negotiate procurement and supply agreements with selected vendors and sub-contractors.
• Coordinate charter vessels and the establishment of docking facilities such as lay down areas, tugs,

• Liaise with Customs officials to research and develop import and export requirements for all

Construction / Establishment
• Establish and manage the supply chain during the construction / establishment phase of industrial
projects including locations in Australia, India, Pakistan and PNG.
• Establish and manage procurement based systems and management controls and procedures
(experienced up to 10.5K items of inventory in excess of $25M) using a range of Enterprise
Resource Planning (ERP) systems including Oracle, Schemis, SPMat and in-house created systems.
