2.  Successfully completed the Refractory relining for NON RECOVERY COKE
OVEN of 32 batteries of 10,000tonnes refractory brick lining and 1000tonnes
castables at JSW STEEL limited as a site engineer from dec 2013 to march 2014.
 Involved in 0.6MPTA TRAVELLING GRATE IRON ORE PELLET PLANT
PROJECT as a site engineer at MINERA STEEL & POWERS limited from march
2014 to june.
 As a project leader completed the CONTINOUS ANNEALING LINE-2 furance
of COLD ROOL MILL-2 Project at JSW Steel limited from june 2014 to dec 2014.
 As a project leader completed 3 new KALUGIN SHAFTLESS HOT BLAST
STOVE BLAST FURANCE #1 at JSW Steel limited as project leader from dec
2014 to june 2015.
 As a site incharge completed new 90meters KALUGIN HOT BLAST MAIN of
innner diameter 1.3 m refractory constructions which connects 3 new stoves to
blast furance#1 buzzle main at jsw steel limited august 2015 to dec 2015.
 As a site incharge worked in modernisation, size increase and capacity
expansion, No.1 Blast Furnace at JSW Steel’s Vijayanagar Works, Toranagallu,
Karnataka and successfully completed BUZZLE MAIN refracroty lining in
record time of 26days in jan 2016 and completed BLAST FURANCE refracroty
lining and protecting refracroty lining of PAUL WRUTH design. The furnace has
now an inner volume of volume of 2,307 m3
(instead of 1,250 m3
), an increased
hearth diameter (enlarged from 8 to 10.4 m) and increased number of hot blast
tuyeres (from 18 to 28). The daily hot metal rate is 5,250 tons for a total yearly
iron production of about 1.7 million tons, some 89% more than before the
modernisation. These figures represent one of the largest capacity increases ever
seen from one single blast furnace rebuild.
Resource Management:
 Planning for day-to-day erection and maintenance activities, man-hours
requirement.
 Day to day Planning, Co-ordination with Contractors, Engineering Division and
Various other Departments(safety, electrical, mechanical, instrumentation &
operation) for Smooth flow of Work.
 Material logistics (receiving, unloading, proper storage in sequence of erection
requirement).
 Invoicing, technical explanation for client, contractor, consultant, designer for
smooth problem free process during erection, supply, and Billing.
 Special Training on safety standards at JSW

3. Key Skills:
 Ability to handle all the site activities in good co-ordination with the
refractory erectors, consultants & technology providers.
 In depth knowledge of safety measures at a steel plant construction site as
well as at shop floors.
 Ability to analyse the complex refractory drawings, and to work in 12 hrs
shifts at site for day / night as per the job requirement.
 Good verbal & written communication skills with ability to handle the
