 Plastic cap on rod to avoid the thread damages/sleep. There is reduced in site complaint & currently the defect
minimize to Zero level.
 Co2 Gas flow meter on FCAW welding machine & monitoring on weekly basis.
 Reduction of holes related site claim by introducing the systematic approach to the verification & clearance for
the further process. Benefit observed on rework & reduced site complaints.
 Welding flux saving by using the used flux for flange splicing line.
 Revamping of shot blasting machine, improve overall efficiency, achieve surface finish SA 2.5
