2010 – 2016 Manager and Project Owner JSPL , Angul , India
Owner of the complete project execution in steel melt shop
for equipment engineering , interferences, erection and
commissioning for EAF/LHF.
• Technical finalisation of equipment’s layout w.r.t
structural and utilities with Mecon (Engineering and
technological suppliers .
• Package finalisation such as Material Handling System,
part of utilities, pre-heaters Slag pots , slag pot kress
carrier m/c, Pneumatic conveying system .
• Assembly and execution , since its biggest in nature the
complete EAF/ RH came in parts, Assembly of lower
shell, moving platform upper shell.
• Peripheral utilities and piping's , the complete on board
piping for water and media from the defined top to
equipment’s.
2013– 2014 Executed , commissioned Twin RH degasser JSPL , Angul.
RH with steam Vacuum pump( 5 ejectors) was successful
commissioned.
2014– 2015 Billet Caster – Team leader for commissioning our first 1x 8
strand billet caster in record time of 12 months.
2014– 2016 Conversion RH unit into VD – This was the brown field
project where one of our Rh unit has been converted into
VD by developing and indigenous supplier M/s Estern
Metec, Kolkata at the nominal cost.
2008– 2010 Site Services Mgr with SMS Siemag , Bhusan , Angul, India.
Worked as part of the site services team of SMS Siemag
group and commissioned.
• Twin ConArc furnace Fume Extraction System, the
capacities of the system was approx. 20 lakhs including
primary and secondary.
• Hot metal Desulphurising Unit : Eco – carbide lime and
magnesium based twin unit Commissioned under SMS
supervision
