Roles and Responsibilities:
 Basic Engineering (completed): GA drawings checking, scrutinizing and
finalization, process calculations and primary layout finalization.

drawing/documents checking, scrutinizing, finalization & issuing for site

4. work, layout modifications, finalization of locations of various plant facilities,
attending and participating in Engineering meetings among client and supplier
from DasturCo for engineering decisions, finalization of drawing list, spare
part etc. documents.
 Project co-ordination: Extensive role in co-ordination between various internal
departments and site offices to mitigate problems occurring during site work,
assistance during site work, resolving site problems in cases of interference of
various interdisciplinary issues (e.g. resolving interference between equipment
disposition and/or utility/electrical cable/conduit routing etc.).
iv) Name of Assignment: JSPL-TEFR - New MLSM and RUBM (capacity 0.3
MTPA each), Raigarh, Chattisgarh.

Roles and Responsibilities:
 Preparation of concept note and TEFR for installation of a new Medium and
Light Structural Mill (MLSM) and installation of new Rail Head Hardening
Unit along with other facilities (e.g. carbide drilling, stamping machine, long
rail welding and grinding unit etc.). Same is accepted and well appreciated by
the client.
v) Name of Assignment: RSP- New Plate Mill- Installation of Normalizing
Furnace (capacity 50t/h), Rourkela, Orissa.
Duration: June 2014 – July 2014.
Client: Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL)
Roles and Responsibilities:
 Preparation of process scheme for a new normalizing furnace installation
(considered in future in the RSP 0.92 MTPA Plate Mill installation) to prepare
plates of special grades of steel for state-of-the-art processes. Preparing
product mix, process flow and equipment details in a proposal format and a
finalized layout of the same. Same has been accepted by the client and the
proposed scheme is now on its way to be materialized.
vi) Name of Assignment: TSL – BARA CRM – Augmentation of Pickling Line
& installation of a new skin pass mill – (0.3 to
0.6MTPA) – Jamshedpur, Jharkhand
