 Raw water handling system for the length of (4000+4000) mtr from the reservoir.
 Slurry system from thickener to waste storage through pipe line for the length of 12000 mtr.
 At JSPL, Barbil Functioned as the:
 Head of the plant for ore processing plant, having a SO9001, IMS14000, OHSAS18001 and
Project Head for 11.5 MTPA iron ore beneficiation plant incorporated with advanced technology of
jigging, magnetic separation and grinding circuits.
 Team Leader for value addition and modification activities at agglomeration viz. iron ore
processing/ pellet plant.
 Successfully achieved targeted production for the plant with implementation of TPM activities.
 Cost Effective: Rs. 70 lakhs per annum was saved for implementing the wet screen oversize
product diversion to yard with conveying system, reducing the re-handling expenditures and
healthy house keeping at plant area.
 For implementation of:
 Bypass conveying system for flexowell conveyor at Sinter Plant; provision of mechanical
standby equipment. An improved and ease in mechanical maintenance for critical
equipments is achieved.
 Bypass feeding system at Sinter Plant of limestone feeder to crusher (Hummer Mill)
improving the physical properties of limestone thus coordinating in consistent quality
production of sinter with cost effective measures.
 Efficiently minimized re-handling expenses for screened pellet fines.
 Actively involved in designing and commissioning emergency feeding system for:
 Sinter: This helped enormously for the plant in satisfying the downstream customer (Blast furnace)
and mean time a breathing period for maintenance activities at sinter plant.
 Limestone and Dolomite.
 Demonstrated excellence in managing complete execution and commissioning of:
 Secondary closed circuit grinding system for lime/Dolo and coke in scheduled period which involves
feeding system, screens, Hammer mill and Roll crushers which in turn was helpful to have quality
raw feed to sinter plant.
 Iron-ore processing plant with online feeding and online product handling system.
 Executed the installation of magnetic separation for isolation of foreign steel material from feed there by
reducing the damages to Belt conveyors and processing equipments.
 Significantly conducted the implementation activities:
 Presenting proposal for valuable screening units for pellets to provide for downstream (Corex / BF
units).
 Facilitating the:
 Quality and effective production of sinter to down stream (Blast furnace).
 Intermediate sinter storage system.
 Dedicated pellet/sinter feeding arrangement for BF stock house.
 Cost minimizing measures; online back handling of sinter fines to process.
 Presenting proposal for incorporating an Eirich mixture for proper mixing of all raw materials and to
facilitate effective Agglomeration.
 Achieved more iron recovery from Ore Beneficiation; implementation of Dual extraction column
floatation system.
 Conducted vertical gravity take-up (VGTU) modifications for all conveying system, thus reducing
mechanical breakdowns.
 Made provision of safety slings to all VGTU to minimize the down time of conveyors.

An improved and ease in mechanical maintenance for critical equipments is achieved.  Bypass feeding system at Sinter Plant of limestone feeder to crusher (Hummer Mill) improving the physical properties of limestone thus coordinating in consistent quality production of sinter with cost effective measures.  Efficiently minimized re-handling expenses for screened pellet fines.  Actively involved in designing and commissioning emergency feeding system for:  Sinter: This helped enormously for the plant in satisfying the downstream customer (Blast furnace) and mean time a breathing period for maintenance activities at sinter plant.  Limestone and Dolomite.  Demonstrated excellence in managing complete execution and commissioning of:  Secondary closed circuit grinding system for lime/Dolo and coke in scheduled period which involves feeding system, screens, Hammer mill and Roll crushers which in turn was helpful to have quality raw feed to sinter plant.  Iron-ore processing plant with online feeding and online product handling system.  Executed the installation of magnetic separation for isolation of foreign steel material from feed there by reducing the damages to Belt conveyors and processing equipments.  Significantly conducted the implementation activities:  Presenting proposal for valuable screening units for pellets to provide for downstream (Corex / BF units).
