Together the four Gospels provide a complete portrait of Jesus and his earthly ministry through these different lenses.

Where is God when it hurts? Doesn't God care when we pass through the storms of life? And if He does, why not simply navigate the storms away from dedicated disciples of Christ? This lesson seeks to reinforce the truth that the "storms" of life come even to the most dedicated of disciples. The only question is how we will handle the storms as they come.

True faith results in good works and obedience to God. The righteous are called to live by faith by clinging to their faith in God and his redemptive work through Jesus Christ.
A brief answer to the question, "Why is the Old Testament so violent?" (because I'm tired of trying to give a super-super-brief answer to the complex question in ten seconds or less).
Jesus was fully human, experiencing hunger, fatigue, temptation, and emotions like anger, love and sadness. However, he also claimed divinity, referring to himself as the bread of life, light of the world, and son of God. He performed miracles like healing the sick and raising the dead to support his claims. After his crucifixion and death, his body went missing from his tomb, and he appeared to his disciples, providing evidence that he resurrected as he said he would. Nearly 2,000 years later, over a third of the world's population follows Jesus as their savior and lord.

The document emphasizes that true commitment involves living according to God's commands, not just making promises of loyalty.

The key point is that everything exists to glorify God and we should seek to live lives that honor him.
This document is an excerpt from a book about understanding the power of praise. It discusses how praise is one of the believer's surest access to God and the realm of miracles. The document provides several biblical examples of how praise brought about miracles, such as Paul and Silas being freed from prison after they praised God. It encourages the reader to praise God from the heart for any problems or obstacles in their life, as praise will cause God to intervene on their behalf.

2)Lessons from the Macedonian & Philippian churches
3) You can be personally involved
This document outlines a Sunday school lesson on the Christian missionary. It discusses the biblical basis for missionary work in Matthew 28:19-20 and Mark 16:15. It covers three main points: 1) the relationship between missionaries and home support, drawing lessons from 1 Corinthians, 2) lessons from the Macedonian and Philippians churches' support of missionaries, and 3) how individuals can be personally involved in missions through supporting missionaries, as seen in biblical examples. The overall message is that while not all Christians can be physical missionaries, all should be involved directly or indirectly through supporting mission work.

A375 Example Taste the taste of the Lord, the taste of the Lord The taste of...franktsao4
It seems that current missionary work requires spending a lot of money, preparing a lot of materials, and traveling to far away places, so that it feels like missionary work. But what was the result they brought back? It's just a lot of photos of activities, fun eating, drinking and some playing games. And then we have to do the same thing next year, never ending. The church once mentioned that a certain missionary would go to the field where she used to work before the end of his life. It seemed that if she had not gone, no one would be willing to go. The reason why these missionary work is so difficult is that no one obeys God’s words, and the Bible is not the main content during missionary work, because in the eyes of those who do not obey God’s words, the Bible is just words and cannot be connected with life, so Reading out God's words is boring because it doesn't have any life experience, so it cannot be connected with human life. I will give a few examples in the hope that this situation can be changed. A375

INTRODUCTION
What does it mean to ‘hallow’ God’s name?
The word ‘hallow’ is the Greek word ‘hagiography’
which is the word for ”holy”.
‘Hallow’ therefore means ‘to set apart as holy, to
sanctify or to treat as holy.
The best modern word perhaps is ‘reverence’
When we pray ‘hallowed be Your name: we are saying
let God’s name be holy and reverenced on earth as it is
in head end (Ps. 9:1; 89:5).
Let His name be given the unique reverence that is due
His character and nature as the Heavenly Father(Ps.
92:2).
It means to ascend to the very heart of God by
recognising who He is and what He has done
(Ps.136:1-4).
We show reverence to God by learning how to truly
worship Him (John 4:24).

OUTLINE 1: ”WHY” AND ”HOW” TO
HALLOW GOD’S NAME
Question 1: Why should we hallow God’s name?
Answer: We reverence God’s name because :
i. He is awesome in power and majesty (Lev. 19:30).
ii. It is a prompt response to one’s encounter with
God’s splendour (Num.20:6; Judge 13:20).
iii. The idea of reverence for God started with God.
(Deut.5).
iv. It is a means of demonstrating our death to self and
obedience to His commands (Gal.2:20).
v. God’s name stands for His person and each of His
names reveals some aspects of His character
(1Chron.16:29).
vi. Jesus also reminded His disciplines to properly
reverence God when He taught them how to pray (
Matt. 6:9).
vii. Reverencing God’s name makes the presence of God
real in our hearts (Ps.16:8-9).
