Mobile Phones
People nowadays did not realize the important of mobile phones to children. It may be
true that technology can lead to unethical doings but there are more advantages than
disadvantages if parents can guide their children ways of using mobile phones.
Mobile phones are important for parents to ensure their children’s safety. As a parents,
they will feel safer and can get in touch with their children if they have a mobile phone. They
are also able to use the mobile phone in case of emergencies. Besides the advantages, mobile
phone also has their disadvantages. Mobile phone is quite dangerous for children because
they will lose their attention when they do anything. It has been observed that children tend to
waste lot of time calling or texting their friends, sometimes ignoring their studies. In the part
of growing up, not only mobile phone would be unsafe for children. Even though children
nowadays are more dependent on technology rather than go out playing with their friends, but
as a parent we much realise that technology is a necessity in life. Technology can be
competent in the future if parents start believed it. Parents must take advantages on
technology to their children even the technology is expensive and cost lot of money.
In my opinion that mobile phones can be a saviour but in the same time it can be a
disaster. Parents can decide which the path can be took by their children. If parents showed a
bad example to children in the same time they tend teaching their children to use mobile
phone in a good way, the children can still may be taking their parents as an example.
In a nutshell, usage of mobile phones to children have their own advantage and also
disadvantage. Parents should be aware the activities of mobile phone to their children to gain
the benefit of the technology. They also need to teach their children how to used mobile
phones wisely to prevent something bad happen.
