As future work we envision to evaluate Exalead for Big Data
indexing in the medical domain;
When compared to Google, Exalead exceeds in areas as
truncation, proximity, thumbnails and options available in the
advanced search section.
When compared to Google, Exalead lacks in terms of database
size, visibility to the public and updating frequency.
