ABSTRACT : A common tendency with most people is to feel secure by declaring their affiliation to a
partcular Caste, Language and above all Religion. This may be giving rise to a sort of superiority complex over
others so that it becomes habitual for the herd to diligently follow the dictates of the so called Connoisseur.
There is absolutely nothing wrong in adopting the principles of any religion, provided one has honestly gone
through the original texts, not just interpretations and understood all possible shades. Everything ages and that is
a natural phenomenon. The age old rules, regulations and principles too, lose their efficacy in course of time.
This is a fact to be accepted without dispute. It is surprising that out of reverence, religious claims are never
taken for a thorough revision in the interest of humanity. All of them are granted eternity and the followers are
forced to accept them as pronounced centuries back. This eventually has brought in rigidity in thinking and
furthermore smothered the progress altogether. No religion has stood exception to this. In fact the fault does not
lie with the textual matter of any religion as such. It is the mishandling and misinterpretations vociferously
carried by the preachers and religiously practised by the devout followers. In the race to claim superiority over
others, the enthusiastic mediocres have earned hatredness towards other groups. More than having a clarity of
own religious scriptures they have been energetically involved in pinpointing and later harshly criticizing others
faith, practices, belief system, traditions etc. The ultimate aim of any religion tends towards spirituality that
involves regard for others practices and basic assumptions or outlooks. It is sad to see immature fellows
equating old traditions, which have remained absolutely unchecked, to spirituality and claiming own
presumptions as the ultimate. The present day need is to aim at spirituality having no affiliation to any religion
as such. Religion can always be a guide or a pathway to the spiritual zone and therefore one who aims high
should not get bracketted into a clumsy arena that provides no liberal attitude. This paper aims to check the

ह्या अमृताचा अगदी अंशत: अनुभव देखील जीवन झळाळून टाकणारा असतो आणि तो येण्यासाठी चित्तशुद्धी होत राहण्याची आवश्यकता असते. ही चित्तशुद्धी नामस्मरणाद्वारे होत जाते आणि ती चित्तशुद्धी देखील कोणत्याही बाह्य लक्षणाने ओळखता येत नाही आणि दाखविता येत नाही!

“नाम घेणाऱ्याला सत्कर्म टाळू म्हणता टाळता येत नाही” असे जेव्हां सद्गुरू श्री. ब्रह्मचैतन्य महाराज गोंदवलेकर म्हणतात, तेव्हां त्यांमध्ये वरील सर्वकाही अंतर्भूत आहे, म्हणजेच वेळ, पैसा आणि शक्ती यांचे (अर्थात आयुष्याचे) सर्वोत्तम व्यवस्थापन अनुस्यूत आहे!

१. केवळ वाचन आणि चर्चेने नामस्मरणाच्या ह्या विश्वकल्याणकारी सामर्थ्याची संकल्पना काही प्रमाणात येऊ शकेल, पण त्याची प्रचीती येण्यासाठी नामस्मरण करणेच अत्यावश्यक आहे. किंबहुना, नामस्मरणाला पर्याय नाही असे म्हटले तरी ते अतिशयोक्त ठरणार नाही!

ह्यामुळे आहे त्या परिस्थितीत नामस्मरण टिकू लागते आणि वाढू लागते! आश्चर्याची बाब म्हणजे आपल्या लक्षात येऊ लागते की हीच ती खरी शांतता, खरी विश्रांती आणि हीच ती (स्वत:, इतर आणि परिस्थिती यांच्यामधल्या) खऱ्या सुधारणेची ईश्वरी प्रक्रिया!

Resting membrane potential: -55mV.
Action potential frequency in the olfactory nerve increases with odorant strength.
Adaptation Towards the Sense of Smell:
Rapid adaptation within the first second, with further slow adaptation.

A careful and detailed history and examination, and in some cases, investigations allow differentiation between these diagnoses. A prompt diagnosis is essential as the patient may require urgent surgical intervention
Testicular torsion refers to twisting of the spermatic cord, causing ischaemia of the testicle.
Testicular torsion results from inadequate fixation of the testis to the tunica vaginalis producing ischemia from reduced arterial inflow and venous outflow obstruction.
The prevalence of testicular torsion in adult patients hospitalized with acute scrotal pain is approximately 25 to 50 percent
2. One of the moot questions; is; how do billions of people live
throughout with their spouse, till they die? What is the nature
of bond between them?
Another moot question is; why and how are millions of people
devotees of some body or else and practice some or other kind
of religious rituals every day and throughout their life? What
is it that motivates the people to devote their lives; for their
guru, their deity or their leader? What is it that bonds them
with their idol?
The rationalists try to analyze life. But beyond a point; the core
of the life viz. the human bonds; cannot be analyzed. We can
only experience and appreciate them!
Up to a certain stage of development; romance is a
physiological need and hence an unwritten, yet inbuilt goal of
life. There is definitely a sense of fulfillment and achievement
in life, as and when one falls in love that culminates in a family
and later a pedigree! In human beings; this fulfillment has
physiological as well as social, religious, and ideological
ingredients!
This fulfillment is however; insufficient after a certain stage of
development (not necessarily age). Hence the people of various
ages and different backgrounds; turn to some one whom they
instinctively identify as their own leader, guru or deity; and
follow, devote to; or worship him or her; respectively! This is a
3. transition from jismani (physiological) to ruhani (spiritual or
divine) mohabbat (romance).
Thus the natural leaders with different intellectual and
spiritual stature; are gifted with; an inbuilt “concern” for the
people of their race, religion, nation and at a highest stage of
their development; for the whole mankind or universe! They
and their followers have matching and fitting points in their
personalities. They get bonded like the antigen – antibody or
receptor – ligand; which bind with high specificity and high
affinity.
It is not possible to prove this, but can be appreciated.
What is the role of rationality?
Rationality is important for us; to understand that the
stupidity, ignorance and pettiness ditch us into the abyss of
individual and global disagreement, discord, degeneration,
derangement, disease, decay and destruction; and to reach
divine romance, we have to first overcome these basal,
barbaric and beastly elements inside us and also outside us!
But since the same rationality often laden with ego; may justify
our pettiness; we need to purify it by measures such as
NAMASMARAN and ascend from the pettiness to
physiological and human romance and there from the divine or
universal romance! This is Total Stress Management!
