WHAT IS STRESS ?
STRESS:-
Stress is a feeling of emotional or physical tension. It
can come from any event / thought that makes you
feel frustrated , angry, nervous. Stress is your body’s
reaction to a challenge or demand.
MANAGEMENT:- Management is the
administration of an organization.

MANAGEMENT
Stress Management is a wide spectrum of
techniques and psychotherapies aimed at
controlling a person’s level of stress.
Symptoms of Stress
 Aches and Pains.
 Headache.
 Chest Pain.
 Sleeping problem.
 High BP.
 Muscle Tension.
 Stomach problem / Digestive Problem.
 Frustration.
 Angry.
 Nervousness.
What Causes Stress?
• Survival stress: response to danger
• Internal stress: worrying, emotions,
• Environmental stress: noise, crowding,
pressure
• Fatigue/Overload: built up over time
