Negative stress, called DISTRESS – This stress
deplete our energy and destroy our life.

What is YOGA…???
 Yoga is Hindu spiritual and ascetic discipline, a part of which,
including breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption
of specific bodily postures, is widely practised for health and
relaxation.
 Derived from Sanskrit word “yuj”, yoga means union of
individual consciousness or soul with the universal
consciousness or spirit.

 Niyama (Personal observance)
 Aasan (Body Postures)
 Pranayam (Breathing exercise)
 Pratyahara (Control of senses)
 Dharna (Concentration)
 Dhyana (Devotion, Meditation)
