• Stress (noun) - Mental, emotional or physical
strain or tension
• Stress seems to occur when a person has
trouble coping with a situation, event or life
change
• Being unfamiliar or not knowing the outcome
of something is commonly followed by stress

3. Causes of Stress
• A few proven conditions that can lead to
stress are: health problems, relationship
problems, financial problems and life changes
• Research shows that stress is a contributing
factor in heart disease, ulcers, poor memory
and diminished immune funtion
