For each theme, he receives a description, personalized strengths insights highlighting his unique talents, and questions to increase self-awareness. The document then provides 10 ideas for taking action to apply each theme along with questions to help commit to action. Overall, the report is intended to help Denis better understand and leverage his strengths.
