Gallup wrote the book on strengths – literally. Gallup was the first organization to intentionally research and record information about human strengths and has studied the subject for decades.
Dr. Clifton, Tom Rath, and a team of Gallup scientists created the online Clifton StrengthsFinder assessment to measure the prevalence of 34 talent themes in individuals who took the survey.
Strengths-based development and the StrengthsFinder are the culmination of more than 50 years of Dr. Clifton's lifelong effort to help people worldwide discover their strengths.
Your thoughts, feelings and behaviors that are natural to who you are. That is the source of your true potential.
The better you apply these talents, the greater your potential. You will act with more confidence, direction and hope.
In a strengths-based approach, a weakness is a shortage or misapplication of talent, skill, or knowledge that causes problems for you or others.
Those talents will then be discussed in your next annual review on how to build on it.
Team of individuals across the company will be trained to develop and build on people strengths.
