Personal Statement
As an enthusiastic, positive, highly-motivated production supervisor of 4 years, I have shown a willingness to
improve efficiencies, health and safety and production within a factory setting. Improving my knowledge and
attending training courses when needed, to maintain a high level of professionalism. I am a very hard working
individual that works well within a team, or on my own. As well as being first aid trained. I have extensive
experience within a factory, being with this same company for 16 years now. Keen to find a challenging position
within a successful dynamic organisation where I can continue to develop my supervisory skills.
