Build a railroad maintenance tracking program within a tab ware system.
Develop and implement a track, car repair, and locomotive inspection /
repair program.
Work directly with an RMI team that analyzes an AS400 program daily
and implements new options that helps the railroad perform more safely,
efficiently and cost effective.

marks on the bottom and top of the glass surface.
Work with a glass technical team that develop troubleshooting procedures
to determine if defects were batch, furnace, tinbath, lehr, cutting, line, or
packaging related.
Work directly with a maintenance team to monitor robot production,
efficiency and minimize automation production losses.
Ensure the safety of (32) employees by enforcing plant safety procedures
and policies.
Make sure shift employees are ISO trained.
Responsible for production scheduling, vacation scheduling and overtime
needs for the shift.
Production Supervisor (2001 to 2006):
Responsible for the process of making glass (Batching, Furnace, Tin bath
and Lehr).
