ACCOMPLISHMENTS
I moved from a Utility Operator position, to a Control Room Assistant Operator within 2 months, of my
employment with the Westervelt Co. As an Assistant Control Room Operator, I was in charge of running
multiple lab test to determine the quality, durability, moisture, and bulk density of the product. I was also in
charge of training all the new LabTech employees.
Within the next three months, I was hired as the Control Room Operator-shift supervisor.
As shift supervisor my crew was awarded Crew of the Month three consecutive times under my leadership. I
also received my CPR licenses, Forklift licenses, and 10 hour OSHA Certificate as a Westervelt employee. I
was also named one of the Shining Star of the Westervelt Renewable Energy Company and was chosen to
do a video recorded documentary in the company name to bring more jobs to rural areas. I also started my
own business in Livingston, Al to bring more revenue to the community.
