Having over eight years experience in engineering as a mechanical fitter, nine years
as a chemical process operator, three years as a lead operator and over 5 years as a
process leader I have a well rounded view of manufacturing. I enjoy working in multi-
disciplinary teams, assuming responsibility and taking a leading role when required.

8 operators.
Managed two production including 27 operators facilities during a period of
change and uncertainty due to asset closure approaching.
Successful closure of the TXF granulation plant in a safe and compliant
manner due to deceasing demand, this required relocation of personal,

Implemented standard ways of working to ensure consistency.
Set expectations, made people accountable and rebuilt operator confidence
in the team, plant and management.
Prioritised individual and team development to fully utilise the abilities within
the granulation teams. One team member progressed from operator to lead
operator then to manager.
Used data gathered by short interval control to identify and implement plant
and process improvements.
Reduced Quality incidents and process order variance significantly every year
since 2011.
Collated and analyzed asset capacity information then implemented
appropriate shift patterns to ensure loading matched capacity.
Promoted safe working practices and improved the SHE performance of the
plant
Part of the 3 man SA91Job evaluation team which establishes the pay grades
