To whom it may concern
Hennie started with the company in January 1985 as a Mechanical apprentice and
completed his apprenticeship in February 1989. In December of 1990 he resigned from
the company to do an apprenticeship in Electro – Mechanics.
He rejoined the company in April of 1997 as a Mechanical Fitter at the PVC Plant. In
September of 1998 he was transferred to the VCM Plant as a Production Controller where
he obtained his NQF 4 accreditation. He excelled in his training and was one of the
Process Controllers that completed training the entire plant the quickest. He also excelled
in his work performance and took pride in his work. His dedication and attitude can be
seen in the fact that Hennie’s off sick record is one of the best on the plant. His work
performance and loyalty are reflected in the fact that Hennie obtain above average merit
ratings ever year.
I can recommend Hennie for every position he apply for because he will make a success
of it. I can only wish him success in his future career.
