Position Type: Full Time
Location: Albury Nonwovens Mill
Manager: Asset Leader
Supervisor: Crew Coordinator
Conditions: ref : Kimberly Clark Australia Albury Mill Enterprise Agreement
JOB SCOPE:
The Kimberly-Clark Australia Nonwovens plant is situated in Albury on the Victorian and
NSW border and is the only nonwoven facility in Australia.
The remuneration system is based on skills acquisition together with a component for
performance. As a result, training and development of the workforce is a high profile activity
at the Mill.
The incumbent will be expected to work under direction to assist in reviewing a range of
operating practices, recommending options as appropriate and implementing improved
systems as agreed.
The Mill’s organisation is structured on the team concept with the production teams being
developed as high performance semi-autonomous work teams. This work environment
requires a participative management approach. All of the incumbent’s work in training and
manufacturing systems will thus need to support this approach and will be done in an
environment of consultation and facilitation to assist in the review process and to enable
