What does it mean for Chichester?  Self help and community activism is commonplace   Reduction of services can lead to community action   a recognition that the community’s appetite may change  and change quickly.
Partnership Approach  Work with communities most affected to find the most suitable solutions to inequalities;   Support local support networks and the voluntary sector to improve the range of services provided;   Share good practice and experience of what has worked in one area to help disseminate good practice
