Stephan Gross has over 20 years of experience in network administration and helpdesk support, including for the US Air Force and Florida state agencies. He has extensive technical skills, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, servers, security technologies, and data backup solutions. At his current role, he serves as the primary IT support contact and assists with hardware, software, and application setup and troubleshooting. Previously, he held leadership roles managing computer services and network operations for the US Air Force in Germany.
