Upgraded firmware on the Woodland Park ESXi Appliances successfully, assisted
by Dell Support team verifying all updates were successfully installed. This was
done without service interruptions.
2. Managed Meraki administration console (ports/trunks and named ports according
to location and/or purpose).
Reported VLAN issues to the network administrator indicating the potential error
of having 80% of devices mapped to the default VLAN1.
Helped repair AWMI TV department NAS crashes on two occasions restoring
functionality successfully
Troubleshot LAN connectivity and proposed wiring changes to the facilities
department.
Created Visio map for all Meraki Routers and switches at the Colorado Springs
Site.
Created Excel spread sheet that included detail information on all Virtual servers,
Dell appliances, and VMware appliances
Increased HDD space virtually on servers during off hours successfully
preventing system crashes.

• Managed network backup system by Unitrends with agents located in all virtual servers
and domain controllers.

After a review of the Park County infrastructure I recommended the following which were
successfully implemented:
1- Replacement of the vintage tape backup system with a backup NAS system to increase
the size and management of the county data pool..
2- Helped adding new T1 lines to both the Bailey and Fairplay networks. This new
Internet access quadrupled the speed in Fairplay and doubled the Internet and VPN speed from
the Bailey substation thus saving time and fuel for the Park County Sheriff’s Office.
3- Implemented remote access for law enforcement vehicles.
* Installed and configured OPmanager version 8 to monitor all devices in the domain
* Loaded, configured and used SMS 2003 as a tool for remote desktop administration,
hardware and software inventory from all domain computers.
