2. Stellar Cartography is a Science Fiction fan site with
a focus on 3D gaming, in particular RTS (Real
Time Strategy) Gaming. They wish to update
the website new graphics to help attract new
gamers.

3.  Overall;
 A Colour Scheme or Palette of colours must be
considered and explained why they have been
selected.
 A suitable Design Motif needs to be considered and
explained why they have been selected.
 All Deliverables must be suitable for display on a
web browser.
 The Title Image
 The name of the website must appear in the image
 The image must be 600 x 150 pixels.

4.  Website Background:
 The image must not visually clutter the central
vertical part of the website.
 Image size needs to be 1024 x 786px
 The web banners must be suitable for use as a
 Wide Skyscraper (160 x 600)
 Leaderboard (728 x 90)
 Square Pop-Up (250 x 250)
