Sridhar decided to hire young professionals whom others disregard. Started in 2005 with 720 graduates in 14 years, comprising 10% of Zoho's employee count. Zoho University have branches at Chennai (Guduvanchery, India) and Tenkasi (Mathalamparai, India).
