The Saskatchewan River watershed is a major river in Canada which flows eastward across
Saskatchewan and Manitoba into Lake Winnipeg. It is a source of water to humans and livestock
(Partners for the Saskatchewan River Basin, 2009). The watershed has a distinctive delta which is
the largest inland freshwater delta in North America. The delta begins at the west of the
Saskatchewan Manitoba boundary (Partners for the Saskatchewan River Basin, 2009).
The South Saskatchewan River watershed flows from the Northern shores of Lake Diefenbaker out
of the Gardiner Dam towards the City of Saskatoon. It continues north to eventually become the
Saskatchewan River (shown in Figure 1 below). The North Saskatchewan River watershed flows
eastwards across Edmonton, Alberta and joins with the South Saskatchewan River watershed to
form the Saskatchewan River watershed. These watersheds provide many recreational attractions
such as fishing and opportunities for sightseeing, canoeing, fishing and hiking. The Saskatchewan
River watershed begins at the confluence of the North and South Saskatchewan River watersheds.

and is essential to the survival of the film industry. If a film is pirated at any point, the worth of
that film can be fatally depleted long before it can retrieve its initial investment.
Film Releases
There are generally two critical points in a film s distribution window where it can be pirated: in
theatres, and retail DVDs. The most important release for a film is its theatrical release. A movie
can earn back close to half of its budget in its opening weekend. However, the film can be pirated
in two ways. Pirates can use hand held video cameras to record films off of theater screens and
then copy these films onto other medias. Another method of piracy involves the theft of the film
print from a theater. This type of theft allows the pirate to make a relatively high quality copy from
the theatrical print, which then serves as the master for the duplication of unauthorized copies.
These illicit copies are not only distributed to pirates in the US, but also shipped overseas and
distributed through illegal channels even before the film s international theatrical release,

messages. With our nation s security being weakened by terrorists utilizing cell phone encryption,
it could be believed that companies such as Apple should comply with the FBI and government
officials to grant access to terrorist s cell phones. Most recently in San Bernardino an iPhone5c
supposedly holding crucial information was locked to the FBI and they requested Apples help to
unlock the iPhone. It would be expected that Apple is to comply and help the FBI aiding the
prosecution of terrorists to help better society, however this is not the case, helping unlock terrorist
s cellphones would have multiple irrevocable consequences that would undoubtedly change the
landscape of the physical and digital world for the worse.
It may seem that Apple should aid the government in unlocking the terrorist s cellphones during
the San Bernardino case, however they should not, as unlocking the one phone in this case will
cause every other iPhone to be unlocked in the world. In the context of the San Bernardino case
creating an encryption key to unlock one phone that can never be used again is impossible and is
