- diverse, mom and pop, more difficult than electricity and nat gas, really stretches what we have to do with technology to make it happen. Talking point – just as there are X utility providers, there are 8000 waste providers, just as there are radical differences in tariffs electric – problem even more complex with waste – longer tail – our technology needs to be even better

- V: Bright Power is a full service Energy Management partner. We work with mostly multifamily buildings. We function as their go-to expert for Energy and Water management of their buildings, much like a legal or accounting expert would. There are a lot of other companies that “do energy” or “do reporting” or “do projects,” but Bright Power wants to help clients better use and track the energy and water at their properties by: Finding issues and setting a baseline for usage Fixing problems - by either making systems perform as they were designed, or by recommending and installing new ones. Following the buildings to make sure they stay on track
- Bright Power would have had to create at least 400 different web scrapers in 41 different states that need data retrieval.
- Of these, 82% were intended to be covered by scrapers we built, however in reality only 66% is, due to constant and unmaintainable failure only 26 of our scrapers (or 36 in ESC providers) are still active. 94 % will be covered by Urjanet (only 1665 = 6 % are NOT covered by Urjanet)
- Not only will Urjanet provide Bright Power with the utility provider coverage that we need, Urjanet will deliver data in a consistent format

- V: In order to Find, Fix, and Follow our clients’ buildings effectively, we built a web application,, EnergyScoreCards, to track usage and model it to the weather to compare properties with their peers. We work with clients across 6,500 properties in 49 states, covering nearly 700 million square footage . We serve clients like… Our analysts and engineering services to track and report on the usage and cost, as well as to investigate which of those properties have the most opportunities to make improvements, save money, and lower their carbon footprint.
