2. Spanish Rice
Learn how to make Spanish Rice
like you would find in an
authentic restaurant but will taste
much better. It is very easy and
everyone will love it!

3. Ingredients
2 tablespoons of corn oil
1 ½ cup of uncooked rice
½ of a medium onion sliced
2 cloves of garlic minced
8 oz of tomato sauce
2 cups of chicken broth
2cups of water
1 tablespoon of salt
1 tablespoon of pepper

4. Step 1
Add 2 tablespoons of corn oil to pan on
middle heat.
Once oil is hot add 1 ½ cup of uncooked
rice to oil.
Spread rice in pan, mix rice continuously
until rice is evenly browned.

Once the rice is
browned add ½
sliced onion and
2 minced garlic.
Stir for 30
seconds to mix
all flavors.
Add 8 oz of
tomato sauce
and 2 cups of
chicken broth.
Stir for 1 minute
to mix all
flavors.

8. Step 3
Add 2 cups of water and 1 tablespoon of each salt and
pepper
Lower heat to medium/low.
Cover pan and let cook for 30 to 40 minutes or until no
water is in pan.
Do not mix rice to check for water, simply use a spoon or
spatula separate rice to check if water is at the bottom.
