The annual customer satisfaction survey of Space Database showed overall satisfaction was 86%, down slightly from 87% in 2006. While some goals were not fully met, results showed improvements in areas like training, support and accuracy. The distribution of scores narrowed with fewer negative responses. However, reassessing the concept of "strategic value" is needed as not all customers see it that way. Going forward, Space Database will maintain its focus on service quality and long term goals while targeting continued gains in draft survey confidence.
