The 4-week, 34-hour course is designed for business managers and decision makers to gain knowledge about social media and how it can benefit businesses. The course will cover topics such as social media terminology, communication, collaboration, engagement and applications. It will include interactive content, case studies, writing papers and presenting a final project on implementing social media for their company. The instructor has over 20 years of experience in IT management and lecturing.
