However, the European Commission did not recognize Abdoullaev's authorship or provide him financial benefit for creating the strategy that they implemented. Abdoullaev can take action against the European Commission and Council at the Court of Justice of the European Union for infringement of his intellectual property rights.
21st century cities: smart cities in India, or how to develop future citiesAzamat Abdoullaev
The success or failure in meeting the world’s most pressing challenges will be decided in cities, which are reaching a tipping point on many issues:
poor governance and weak institutions (#1 perceived impediment to prosperity);
inadequate infrastructure (US$78tn of investments needed over the next 10 years);
rising inequality (1bn living in poverty in cities, 75% of cities worse off than 20 years ago; housing (881mn living in slums, 1bn new homes needed in cities);
crime (top concern for citizens); environmental challenges (cities occupy 2-3% of land mass but account for 75% of natural resource use and emissions, 70% are already dealing with the effects of climate change);
and new and pervasive risks (terrorism, higher securitisation, disease and pandemics) (source: UN-Habitat, UN, World Bank); 21st Century Cities: Global Smart Cities Primer, Bank of America, ML, 2017].
Physics X.0: Nobel prizes, Universal Principle, Mathematics of NatureAzamat Abdoullaev
We review Physical Science by formulating the universal principle of reversibility in terms of force, convertibility, unity, and mathematics of relationship.
The Reversibility Principle is advanced as the essential construct of nature integrating the basic natural phenomena and bringing forth a single strategy of physical science for the future Nobel Prize discoveries.
It produces a systematic modelling of diverse physical forces and energies, processes and phenomena to predict the ac-tions of physical forces and effects, to discover and exhibit natural relationships.
The fundamentality of discovery implies if there is the Faraday effect, Lorentz-Zeeman effects, Doppler effect, Einstein’s photoelectric effect, Compton effect, Cherenkov effect, Mössbauer effect, Hall effects…., there MUST be the Inverse Faraday effect, Lorentz-Zeeman effects, Doppler effect, Einstein’s photoelectric effect, Compton effect, Cherenkov effect, Mössbauer effect, Hall effects,…, by LAW, of Reversibility of Effects and Convertibility of Forces and Energies.

On the First Principles and Laws in Physical Science: Force-Relations, Convertibility, and Reversibility
The Nobel Prize in Physics has been awarded 109 times to 201 Nobel Laureates between 1901 and 2015, according to the Nobel Foundation. The key achievements lie in the serendipitous and intuitive and ingenious discovering of empirical physical laws and effects, as the Einstein’s law of photoelectric effect, the Compton effect, the Cherenkov effect, the Mössbauer effect, the Hall effects and others, enriched with new discoveries of subatomic entities, symmetry principles, conservation laws and unified force fields theories.
The formulated Principle of Process Reversal and its Convertibility Laws enable the description of diverse physical processes and phenomena and the prediction of actions of physical forces and effects in the systematic and consistent ways without having to consider the details of the courses of physical processes and systems.
It is shown that the Principle of Process Reversal combines all the key attribute of universal laws of nature: asserts the interdependence between varying quantities of physical properties; states that physical events occur in an invariant order; supports cause and effect relationships, and states a constant regularity in the relations or order of physical phenomena in the world, embracing the empirical regularities of numerous physical effects.
Above everything, the Reversibility Law implies that if there is some physical effect in nature, there must be its inverse, converse or reversed action, otherwise it is not a real effect. Or, if there is the Doppler effect, there must be the Inverse Doppler effect by LAW, the Law of Reversibility.

Digital Banking in the Cloud: How Citizens Bank Unlocked Their MainframePrecisely
Inconsistent user experience and siloed data, high costs, and changing customer expectations – Citizens Bank was experiencing these challenges while it was attempting to deliver a superior digital banking experience for its clients. Its core banking applications run on the mainframe and Citizens was using legacy utilities to get the critical mainframe data to feed customer-facing channels, like call centers, web, and mobile. Ultimately, this led to higher operating costs (MIPS), delayed response times, and longer time to market.
Ever-changing customer expectations demand more modern digital experiences, and the bank needed to find a solution that could provide real-time data to its customer channels with low latency and operating costs. Join this session to learn how Citizens is leveraging Precisely to replicate mainframe data to its customer channels and deliver on their “modern digital bank” experiences.
How information systems are built or acquired puts information, which is what they should be about, in a secondary place. Our language adapted accordingly, and we no longer talk about information systems but applications. Applications evolved in a way to break data into diverse fragments, tightly coupled with applications and expensive to integrate. The result is technical debt, which is re-paid by taking even bigger "loans", resulting in an ever-increasing technical debt. Software engineering and procurement practices work in sync with market forces to maintain this trend. This talk demonstrates how natural this situation is. The question is: can something be done to reverse the trend?

Essentials of Automations: Exploring Attributes & Automation ParametersSafe Software
Building automations in FME Flow can save time, money, and help businesses scale by eliminating data silos and providing data to stakeholders in real-time. One essential component to orchestrating complex automations is the use of attributes & automation parameters (both formerly known as “keys”). In fact, it’s unlikely you’ll ever build an Automation without using these components, but what exactly are they?
Attributes & automation parameters enable the automation author to pass data values from one automation component to the next. During this webinar, our FME Flow Specialists will cover leveraging the three types of these output attributes & parameters in FME Flow: Event, Custom, and Automation. As a bonus, they’ll also be making use of the Split-Merge Block functionality.
You’ll leave this webinar with a better understanding of how to maximize the potential of automations by making use of attributes & automation parameters, with the ultimate goal of setting your enterprise integration workflows up on autopilot.

zkStudyClub - LatticeFold: A Lattice-based Folding Scheme and its Application...Alex Pruden
Folding is a recent technique for building efficient recursive SNARKs. Several elegant folding protocols have been proposed, such as Nova, Supernova, Hypernova, Protostar, and others. However, all of them rely on an additively homomorphic commitment scheme based on discrete log, and are therefore not post-quantum secure. In this work we present LatticeFold, the first lattice-based folding protocol based on the Module SIS problem. This folding protocol naturally leads to an efficient recursive lattice-based SNARK and an efficient PCD scheme. LatticeFold supports folding low-degree relations, such as R1CS, as well as high-degree relations, such as CCS. The key challenge is to construct a secure folding protocol that works with the Ajtai commitment scheme. The difficulty, is ensuring that extracted witnesses are low norm through many rounds of folding. We present a novel technique using the sumcheck protocol to ensure that extracted witnesses are always low norm no matter how many rounds of folding are used. Our evaluation of the final proof system suggests that it is as performant as Hypernova, while providing post-quantum security.

The typical problem in product engineering is not bad strategy, so much as “no strategy”. This leads to confusion, lack of motivation, and incoherent action. The next time you look for a strategy and find an empty space, instead of waiting for it to be filled, I will show you how to fill it in yourself. If you’re wrong, it forces a correction. If you’re right, it helps create focus. I’ll share how I’ve approached this in the past, both what works and lessons for what didn’t work so well.

3. We are at a historical critical point – a defining moment - in building the kind of world to live, with the following three
scenarios.
Lost Decade. The World will have suffered a permanent loss in wealth and capacity for growth
Sluggish Recovery. The World will have suffered a permanent loss in wealth and start slowly growing from the old
basis.
Sustainable Recovery. The World is making a full recovery and raise its potential and capacity for Sustainable
Future, covering economic, social, political, technological and environmental sustainability
I.The key goal of the Smart World Strategy is to stop the worst scenario of the world degradation, social,
economic, cultural and environmental. Instead, to initiate the “Decade of Smart, Green, Healthy and Wealthy”,
creating a strategic framework of sustainable world community development, as the Intelligent Stabilization and
Growth Mechanism, while the ultimate aim, to create a world society composed entirely of sustainable
communities of intelligent nations of eco regions and smart cities and communities.
II.Smart World Strategy is the most viable solution for a Full Sustainable Recovery providing
economic, social, political, technological and environmental sustainability
Smart World Strategy is the platform for Intelligent Nations, Smart Cities and Green Communities
Smart World Strategy is advancing both poor nation states and world economies making
obsolete the old world division into the core countries, semi-periphery countries and the
periphery countries
Smart World Strategy sees the capitalist world-economy, suffering a heavy crisis, as exhausted and detrimental to a
large proportion of the world's population, to be transformed into a smart world-economy
The Sustainable Future requires a complete overhaul of the world system, its infrastructures both in the
developed high-income countries, as Japan or USA, in the fast developing middle-income countries as BRIC, and
in the underdeveloped low-income countries as Tajikistan or Rwanda.

as the socio-economic-political system of humanity, with its global ecological system, is rapidly changing.
It’s becoming smaller, more unstable, and more endangered. Everything is fluid and fraught with volatility
and uncertainty, the world population, world economy, world politics, world ecology, world religion, world
network, world climate, thus the world future.
Comprising 195 independent sovereign states, 60 dependent areas and five disputed territories, the world
is going through the lasting global crisis, when decisive changes are impending, when the whole world
system is looking for a radical transformation in all the key spheres, sectors, parts and systems .
The Smart World Concept is emerging in the quest for a New World of sustainable growth
and smart economic, technological and socio-cultural development and intelligent
governance for international communities and states, regions and cities, and global virtual
communities, as well as for enterprises, industries and economies, local, regional and
global.
Smart World is Smart Continents, Intelligent Nations and Smart Eco Cities, Smart People and Smart Life,
Sustainable Land and Environment, Sustainable Infrastructure and Smart Industry, Smart Grids and Eco
Buildings, Intelligent ICT and Eco Mobility, Big Science and Future Technology, Internet of Everything and
Smart Web, Smart Financing and Intelligent Banking, Smart Health and Education, Smart Security and
Safety, Smart Government, Regulations and Standards.
It’s a Smart World. Sensors and information & telecommunication systems, driven by microprocessors, provide digital intelligence to
the world. “Invisible yet ubiquitous, small but mighty, unnoticed but life changing. Forty years ago the microprocessor was born, beginning
the quiet but profound process which has radically reshaped our lives. Today, thanks to the microprocessor, we live in a smart world, can
do smart things and make smart choices. We don’t see them, but these tiny embedded computers shape our world to a remarkable
degree. From the cars we drive and tractors that till the fields, to the fresh food delivered to our shops, billboards that advertise and
machines that help us stay fit – they’re the invisible brains that power our daily being. Long live the smart life”. Intel

5. The first and foremost reason to make our world more intelligent, healthy, wealthy, livable, efficient, moral, fair, ecological, smart, or
sustainable, a.k.a. I-World, is to reverse the world poverty, the world hunger, which according to the most recent estimate of FAO is
reached 925 million hungry people in 2010, with 1 billion slum dwellers worldwide, which now just increased by the
global economic crisis, while the world has enough capacity to feed and to house everyone, as well as to provide work and quality
jobs.
The world’s state of affairs, the world’s climate, the world’s resources, the world’s population, the world’s poverty with rapidly declining
natural capital, knowledge capital and human capital, all urgently asks for radically innovative or innovatively radical solutions, as smarter
planet solutions or intelligent urbanization, or integrated sustainable world strategy.
The close goal of the sustainable world strategy is to create a reference strategic framework of smart sustainable development, while the
ultimate aim is to develop a world society composed entirely of global communities of intelligent nations of eco regions and smart cities.
Going to the interconnected root causes, as eco world development, digital world development and intelligent world development, the
Smart World is merging the digital environments, natural environments, built environments, and human spaces as globally unified
innovation ecosystems.
In all, the Smart World means:
I. Green Communities, Environmental infrastructure, Ecological security, Ecological sanitation, Natural resources
conservation and Environmental protection, Ecological landscape, Ecological awareness.
II. Digital Communities, Smart Cyber Infrastructure, ICT, Information Security, Ubiquitous Computing, Internet, Web
X.0, Internet of Things, Virtual Spaces, and Digital Awareness.
III. Intelligent/Creative/Knowledge Communities, Knowledge Infrastructure, Social Security, Social Infrastructure,
Innovation Systems, Social Spaces, Social Cohesion, Social Awareness and Intelligence.
There is hardly any sensible alternative to investing in social cohesion, and socio-economic-political integration, smart people or social and
human capital, smart living or quality of life, smart governance, smart and innovative economy, smart infrastructure, smart utilities, smart
eco estates, green buildings and energy networks, smart mobility, ICT networks, intelligent transport, and smart green
environment/natural capital and resources: Smart World Strategy:. http://www.slideshare.net/ashabook/smartworl-dabr

9. We are slowly realizing that many life-critical things are at critical
points when critical decisions must be made and crucial actions
must be performed. We are slowly recognizing that many significant
things are never will be the same. We slowly understand that there
is no close end for the current global crisis.
We finally see that the world at large is lacking any good sense,
intelligence and efficiency. But it is abundant of global imbalances,
social disorder and exclusion, political disintegration and
environmental neglect, injustice, dishonesties and corruption and
many other immoralities. In all, it is abundant of dangerous
situations and threats and risks, affecting individuals and persons,
families and businesses, groups and communities, cities and
regions, nations and countries, societies and international
communities, what even the G20 Summit largely recognized.
On the top, that wild world is plagued by the poor global government,
corrupted national leadership and incompetent local administration.
Nowadays, the chaotic, uncontrolled world is living through a crucial
stage, when decisive changes are impending, when the whole planet
is looking for a radical transformation in all the key spheres, sectors,
parts and systems, no longer be kept and managed in the standard
ways. The scope of global crisis, its threats and risks, is becoming
overwhelming running from the global and local stock markets to
safety and security to the school systems and family values, to the
whole countries and international communities. Going across all
aspects of human being, it continually infects all parts of human life,
all kinds of economic schemes and political systems, all types of
communities, all sectors of human activities. The signs of such a
broadly unsustainable world are all around us, their markings as
sweeping and multifarious as >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Economic Crisis (mass unemployment, recession, depression,
bubbles, boom/bust patterns, economic globalization, harmful
economic systems, world poverty)
Financial Crisis (the state budget crises, banking crisis, currency
crisis, liquidity crises, mass insolvency, credit crunch, harmful
financial systems)
Societal Crisis (social disunity, social unrest, low safety and
security, social disorder)
Political Crisis (political disunity, political misgovernment,
regional wars, political corruption, 1% rule, harmful political
systems)
Cultural Crisis (cultural disunity, commercial culture expansion
and human isolation, religious wars and social hatred, cultural
imperialism)
Ecological Crisis (wholesale ecosystems destruction,
environmental disaster, diseconomies of agglomerations,
clusters, and cities, harmful eco systems)
Personal Crisis (personal situations, jobs, household finances,
alcoholism addiction)
Information Crisis (information propaganda, digital divide, mass
advertising)
S&T Crisis (knowledge fragmentation, disunity of science, arts
and technology, education, research and innovation disunity,
R&D neglect)
Ideological Crises (the crisis of basic values, the standard
mindsets, mass consumerism, moral corruption, harmful
ideological systems of imperialism and communism).

10. Capital accumulation and profit making by any means are in the blood and nature of the capitalist economic scheme. Here are
some figures from a recent study coming to Congress: thirty Fortune list companies tricked not to legally pay US income tax
2008-2010, while the corporate tax rate is 35% and the extreme poverty areas, "pockets of poverty", grew by one-third over the
decade. In 1979, the top 1% of all Americans earned 9% of the total amount of income.
But in 2009, the top 1% earned 17% of the total. The bottom 50% of all taxpayers earns only 13% of the total. In the USA,
there is an increasing public demand, known as the Occupy Wall Street Movement, to stop the rule of "the richest 1%", and to
repeal the Reagan's, Clinton's, Bush's and Obama's acts and economic measures. As an example: the repeal of the Glass-
Steagall Act of 1933, signed into law by Clinton, led to reckless lending by banks and an unprecedented real estate bubble,
which collapsed in 2007 to trigger the ongoing global financial crisis, while Obama's $800b bailout proved as "extremely
wasteful and enormously enriched the rich".
Capitalism as the world's dominant economic model is going out, and rather soon will be a history. It's not because of the
blatant inequality, or currently ongoing global financial crisis, marked with the American or European sovereign debt crises, or
because of all sorts of social unrest and left intellectual social movements, like the Occupy Wall Street. Or, because of the
social forecasts of Marx's "Capital" and R. Batra's "the Downfall of Capitalism and Communism" and "the New Golden Age: the
Coming Revolution against Political Corruption and Economic Chaos".
Neither the sweeping reforms, nor ethical regulations of financial markets, requested by the Vatican, could save that fully
exhausted socio-economic schema. It’s merely another historical formation and economic category which is completing its life
cycle. The industrial capitalism has been technologically progressive, while the producing no real value financial capitalism is
largely about financial speculation and money collection by all sorts of financial intermediaries, banks, investment firms, etc.,
merely by trading in currencies, invented financial products and derivatives.
As such, the globally dominant economic system fails to deal with such complex things as globalization and nationalism,
multiculturalism and integration, fundamentalism and modernism, poverty and wealth, innovation and production, etc.
But most crucial, capitalism, as much as like communism, has no internal powerful mechanisms to provide
a stable, smart and inclusive growth, the precondition of the world's stability and growth.
Azamat Abdoullaev EIS Encyclopedic Intelligent Systems ltd
11. We are slowly recognizing: our global government and national leadership created an unsustainable world of global
imbalances, social disorder and exclusion, political disintegration and environmental neglect: an unstable world abundant of
dangerous situations and threats and risks affecting individuals and persons, families and businesses, groups and
communities, cities and regions, nations and countries, societies and international communities, what the recent G20 Summit
largely recognized.
The key demand of any healthy crisis is the need for change, the only constant thing in the world. For the planetary crisis, it is a
comprehensive radical change of worldwide scale and scope. It’s now clear that the dominant scheme, capitalism, is doomed
to extinction as much as communism, and both should be replaced by a self-sustaining dynamic world, which is smarter and
more sustainable, that is, intelligent, innovative, healthy, secure, livable, efficient, moral, fair, open, ecological, and
interconnected.
Capitalism causes poverty, inequality, speculation, corruption, and ecological destruction, thus systematically resulting in the
world crises and political collapse, social chaos and civil revolt. Accordingly, its fiscal extension, financial capitalism, breeds
market speculation and economic corruption, thus resulting in financial crises and economic collapse, inequality and poverty.
The worldwide crisis will be continued concurrently with the regional wars and sweeping social unrest, ending either with the
military world state or the smart sustainable world, the New World Order of Intelligence, Innovation and Integration.
The world’s former largest economy, the USA, generated the ever worst financial crisis, international wars, and extreme regional
and worldwide poverty, accompanied with its Fortune corporations managing legally not to pay any income tax. Now the new
capitalist economy superpower, the European Union, is on the verge of collapse and disintegration, to be succeeded with the
transnational community breakdown and political demise, so affecting all the international and regional unions of nations.
There could follow the complete collapse of the unsustainable world of the financial capitalism, where the puny minority, 1%,
rules the overwhelming majority. It’s plain that the current world is failing to sustain the human life causing degradation of all
sorts and kinds: mental, social, political, cultural, and environmental; since the existing world "meets the needs of the present
… compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs."
We all need to recognize the current world as an Unsustainable World of Failed States open to poverty and all sorts of
instability, uncertainty and volatility.
Azamat Abdoullaev EIS Encyclopedic Intelligent Systems ltd
12. The Failed States Index (FSI), produced by The Fund for
Peace, using proprietary Conflict Assessment Software
Tool (CAST) analytical platform.
The Fund for Peace collects thousands of reports and
information from around the world, detailing the existing
social, economic and political pressures faced by each of
the 178 countries analyzed.
Guided by
twelve primary social, economic and political indicators
(each split into an average of 14 sub-indicators), the
CAST software performs content analysis.
It’s rightly said that “weak and failing states pose a
challenge to the international community. In today’s
world, with its highly globalized economy, information
systems and interlaced security, pressures on one fragile
state can have serious repercussions not only for that
state and its people, but also for its neighbors and other
states halfway across the globe.”
But its is wrongly stated that “witness in recent times, for
example, the negative ripple-effects from weak and
failing states such as Somalia, Libya, Yemen, Haiti, Cote
d’Ivoire and the Balkan states.”
The key methodological mistake is that the
whole world makes the failed state with its
leading communities being at the bring of
failure; EU and USA, the culprit of the lasting
global crisis.

13. Presently, the world’s largest economy is striving to survive from being a grand socio-political bubble, a transnational house of
cards of the Member States, a speculative socio-political experiment without a strong sustainable strategy and comprehensive
planning. The Lisbon Strategy had happened as a failure, now to be succeeded by the EU Strategy 2020, looking to succeed by
only investing about 1% (> EUR 1 trillion) of GNI to the following priorities:
– Smart growth: developing an economy based on knowledge and innovation.
– Sustainable growth: promoting a more resource efficient, greener and more competitive economy.
– Inclusive growth: fostering a high-employment economy delivering social and territorial cohesion.
The EC has been still missing to evade the worst scenario of “the lost decade”, striving to make out:
sovereign debt crises
default banks and bond collapse
euro-zone collapse
brutal recession
financial panic contagion
taxpayers exposure
pervasive liquidity crises
austerity measures
unintelligent leadership
bankrupt states
Critically analyzing, there are several key obstacles to European “smart, sustainable and inclusive growth.”
But first and foremost, the European Union is fully lacking a REAL UNION, of all types and sorts: Monetary Union, Economic
Union, Social Union, Political Unity, Cultural Union, Territorial Unity, Structural Unity, Functional Unity, etc.
Azamat Abdoullaev EIS Encyclopedic Intelligent Systems ltd
14. EUROPEAN CONFEDERATION: THE UNITED EU AND RUSSIAN FEDERATION: SMART EUROPE
AND INTELLIGENT RUSSIA
There is no real Europe without Russia, as there is no viable Russia without being integrated into
Europe. The EU is lacking genuine socio-political unity, being partly supranational entity, party
intergovernmental organization, without a single constitution, a single government, a single foreign policy, a
single military, a single taxation system, or a single currency. It’s far away to be a union, or federation or even
confederation. Its mere a free association of sovereign states supposed to share some common aims under
specific European Union agreements.
Nowadays, being the largest trading partners in energy and fuel supplies from one side, and the largest
foreign investor, from other side, EU and Russia are striving to build four common spaces:
I. Integrated market, as financial services, and infrastructures (telecommunications, transportation, energy,
environment, nuclear security, space);
II. Freedom, Security and Justice;
III. External Security and Crisis Management, Common Foreign and Security Policy;
IV. Research, Education and Culture
Security, Stability and Growth in Europe and the world essentially depend on the Euro-Russia integration of
geographic, economic, political, educational, cultural, research, and social spaces on the basis of
sustainable global community principles.
Azamat Abdoullaev EIS Encyclopedic Intelligent Systems ltd
15. IT IS A STUPID WORLD IT IS A SMART WORLD
The current world is failing to sustain the human life causing
degradation of all sorts and kinds: mental, social, political,
cultural, and environmental; since the existing world "meets the
needs of the present … compromising the ability of future
generations to meet their own needs."
The current world is a deeply Unsustainable World, the Inferior
World liable to social threats and political risks, technological
threats and ecological risks, economic risks and military
threats, cultural risks and demographic threats.
The rich is richer, the poor is poorer, it is a permanent
destructive “rule” of the global world system.
The total population has reached seven billion, while only 15%
makes ends meet.
The climate is warming. Total pollution, of air, water, food, soil,…
and our souls. Bio species are being systematically eliminated.
Mass pandemics. Civil wars. Global and local terrorism, in all
parts of the world. And all is accompanied, or rather caused, by
ineffective global governance and weak political leadership,
corrupted politics and outdated public administration,
transnational and national, regional and local.
Last, there are billions existing without access to energy, water.
Information, roads and dwellings, sanitation and health
services, dying from diseases and starvation.
The only way for the World is to respond to the impendent
crisis and to speed up sustainable growth, relying on
knowledge, innovation and intelligence, human, social and
technological.
For the international leadership, to exhibit the political will
and to show the political wisdom, launching the Smart
World Development Strategy, successfully practiced on a
smaller scale in the South Eastern Asian countries as the
intelligent nation projects.
Thus we could start transforming the World as a Global
Intelligent Eco Community of Smart Regions and
Intelligent Cities, primarily investing in:

Intelligent World Infrastructure
Smart World Transportation
Smart World Energy
Smart World Economy
Smart World Finance
Smart World Education

17. Europe 2020 Strategy implies investing into for Smart, Sustainable and Inclusive Growth within the new Multiannual Financial
Framework Program 2014-2020, totalling of EU 1 trillion and more. The Smart Europe Strategy consists of the following
priorities:, goals and initiatives
I. Smart growth: developing an economy based on knowledge and innovation (INNOVATION; EDUCATION; DIGITAL SOCIETY).
II. Sustainable growth: promoting a more resource efficient, greener and more competitive economy (CLIMATE, ENERGY AND MOBILITY;
COMPETITIVENESS).
III. Inclusive growth: fostering a high-employment economy delivering social and territorial cohesion (EMPLOYMENT AND SKILLS; FIGHTING POVERTY).
The headline targets:
1) 75 % of the population aged 20-64 should be employed.
2) 3% of the EU's GDP should be invested in R&D.
3) The "20/20/20" climate/energy targets should be met (including an increase to 30% of emissions reduction if the conditions are right).
4) The share of early school leavers should be under 10% and at least 40% of the younger generation should have a tertiary degree.
5) 20 million less people should be at risk of poverty
The flagship initiatives:
1. INNOVATION: "Innovation Union" .
2. EDUCATION: "Youth on the move.
3. DIGITAL SOCIETY: "A digital agenda for Europe" .
4. CLIMATE, ENERGY and MOBILITY: "Resource efficient Europe"
5. COMPETITIVENESS: "An industrial policy for the globalisation era".

18. Nowadays, the global strategy, initiatives, and actions are coming not from international
political structures and organizations, government’s think tanks, but from the few innovative
businesses, building the Future World as:
I. Smarter Planet (IBM),
II. Smart + Connected Communities (Cisco)
III. Smart Sustainable World (Smart World Group & EIS LTD)
IV. The IBM’s Smarter Planet is envisioned as the world with digitally smarter cities, buildings,
infrastructure, government, intelligence, education, healthcare, public safety, telecom, banking,
retail, stimulus, work, traffic, transport, computing, products, food, energy, oil, water.
V. the Cisco's Intelligent Urbanization, a.k.a. Smart + Connected Communities, aims to convert
physical communities into connected (intelligent) communities, targeting at such significant
areas of human life as: Smart Connected Buildings, Smart Grid, Smart Connected Real Estate,
Safety and Security, Connected Transportation, Environment, Education, Healthcare, Sports and
Entertainment, and Government.

19. The fate of Future World is decided by the quality of its future cities. Globally, there are about 700 cities, each with population
exceeding 500,000. The infrastructure investment for these cities is forecasted to be $30 trillion to $40 trillion, cumulatively,
over the next 20 years. Here is the Manifesto, Preamble, to be signed in Rome, on the 29th of May of 2013 by cities from all
over the world
The Human Smart Cities Manifesto: We, the signatories of this Manifesto, come together to address the three main
challenges facing the our cities today:
The devastating effects of the financial crisis undermining the European social model. This is leading to severe limitations in
cities’ abilities to invest in new infrastructures, and in some areas even for the provision of basic city services such as
transportation and social services.
The increasing threat and disruption brought about by climate change to our territories. As major floods and droughts become
ever more common, the environmental effects of urbanisation and the lack of adequate tools and behaviour patterns becomes
increasingly evident.
The demand for more effective representation set forth by our constituencies. The so-called democratic deficit is a cause for
alarm for governance at any scale, but it also adds to the difficulty of building trust and engaging citizens in addressing
common problems.
The United Cities and Local Governments, a global network of cities, local and regional governments, defines smart cities as
using new technologies, the promotion of innovation and knowledge management to become more liveable, functional,
competitive and modern. there’s a lot of confusion over what comprises a Smart or Intelligent City, or the City 2.0, “the city of
the future”, awarded the Ted Prize 2012 as an idea on which the planet’s future is depending on.
The Smart City of the Future, 3.0 City, is to originate intelligent world’s urbanization enhancing urban wealth, performance and
competitiveness, and promoting smart innovation and creativity, education, art and medicine, science and technology, industry
and commerce, transportation and mobility, social communications and public administration and environment conservation.

23. VISION AND MISSION:VISION AND MISSION:
The big goal of the company is to give in in creating the tomorrow’s world of sustainable regions, smart nations, intelligent cities
and green communities. The business target is marketing the smart world product lines: integrated intelligent models,
strategies, conceptual designs and master plans for smart eco territories of the future (regions, countries, cities and
communities)
SELLING POINTS
Smart cities offer major market opportunities for the government, big business and innovative SMEs. Global systems
integrators and technology vendors, such as IBM, Cisco and Accenture, are spearheading smart city implementations across
the globe, trying to develop comprehensive smart city platforms, but without a global smart city strategy.
EIS LTD is the conceptual leader in conceiving, planning and (re)developing entire cities as well as regions and countries as the
large smart eco territories of the future.
EIS Ltd is creating the future from the most fundamental and broad perspectives, integrating different scientific, technological
and corporate views, like the Siemens’ Pictures of the Future, with specific technical solutions for tomorrow’s world
