Somewhere is the Artist...
He who wanders in the following collection
of nearly a thousand different perfumes and
flavours, fancies himself in a museum of
ancient and modern art where masterpieces
of different times and divergent schools
have been exhibited.
At first one gets confused because of the
multitude. One quickly runs through the
show-rooms to get a general impression, but
then retraces one’s steps. Because somewhere is
the artist one is looking for.
Here it will be the case too. Somewhere amongst these thousand creations is
the artist you are looking for, able to helping you to confer your product the
determinant touch of finesse you want to give it which can be expressed in
the words PERFUME and FLAVOUR!

Behind this multitude of perfumes and flavours for such a variety of goods
is also the idealist who, in an invisible and inconspicuous way, would like to
contribute to the success of those who want to produce all these goods, and
to the happiness of those who intend to use these goods.
The worldwide expansion a modern essence factory has to undertake in
order to fulfil its function gives to its existence another ideological aspect!
The invisible but no less real community of the most divergent nations, races,
languages and ideologies, all of them inspired with the desire of making more
pleasant the lives of people for whom they are responsible.

3. Originally established in 1931 as Sluys & Co by Mr.
K. Sluys. Sluys International is now an established
Duffel (B) based manufacturer of flavour.
The dynamic Sluys team is a reflection of artists,
idealists and businessmen continuing to challenge
new frontiers of taste and smell. Sluys today is the
only Malaysian family owned and -managed flavour
house in Western Europe.
