The document discusses the qualities and skills of an effective trainer. It states that trainers should use language and a style of speech that is appropriate for their audience. They should have a comprehensive understanding of the subject, be willing to continually learn and update their skills, and have experience doing the job they are training. An effective trainer understands different learning styles, facilitates improvement, and helps both new and experienced trainees learn. They serve as a role model, have strong communication and listening skills, and enjoy helping others grow.

You never get a second chance for a first impression.

SkillsCamp is a soft skills training company. We are helping you retain and maintain engaged, effective employees through soft skill development.
Across all industries, employers and industry leaders are identifying soft skills like communication, teamwork, time management, emotional intelligence, and leadership as critical skills for prospects and employees alike. Yet these core skills and several others take a backseat in the traditional education model. The result is students who become employees without the requisite abilities to excel in their careers. SkillsCamp teaches this “missing curriculum” to help people become more employable and more effective leaders and contributors.

Welcome to the Program Your Destiny course. In this course, we will be learning the technology of personal transformation, neuroassociative conditioning (NAC) as pioneered by Tony Robbins. NAC is used to deprogram negative neuroassociations that are causing approach avoidance and instead reprogram yourself with positive neuroassociations that lead to being approach automatic. In doing so, you change your destiny, moving towards unlocking the hypersocial self within, the true self free from fear and operating from a place of personal power and love.
2. Communication does not mean to speak in American English or
British English, want we try to convey that should reach to
audience without any interruption.
For example: If we conduct a training program for an urban community with
stylish & American slang, here people like our speak but cant retain/take
message inside them. So finally training will fail without reaching its objective.
Use language and style of speech based on the audience.
Use clear and concise language to instruct, direct and coach.
Use your active listening skills to draw them out and fully
understand them.
Maintain eye contact.
