 Communication does not mean to speak in American English or 
British English, want we try to convey that should reach to 
audience without any interruption. 
For example: If we conduct a training program for an urban community with 
stylish & American slang, here people like our speak but cant retain/take 
message inside them. So finally training will fail without reaching its objective. 
 Use language and style of speech based on the audience. 
 Use clear and concise language to instruct, direct and coach. 
 Use your active listening skills to draw them out and fully 
understand them. 
 Maintain eye contact.

 Comprehensive understanding of the subject or skills. 
 Willingness to draw from your background as a bridge or 
foundation to teach. 
 Willingness to grow and update your professional 
development. 
 Show interest to learn new thing in your work. 
 Keep yourself up-date in your subject for training.

 It helps if you have done the job personally (and well would be 
good too). 
 Previous experience in training. 
 Training is taken as experience oriented.

 New people can make mistakes while they learn. 
 It often takes a few tries to get it right (Keep up 
encouragement). 
 Remember how it was for you when you started out? 
 Think from their end and help them to learn. 
 It might be a ten member group with slow learners and fast 
learners, always focus your training on slow learners, so that 
both category people get benefited. 
 Even though it is repetitive question, answer them wisely and 
make them to understand.

 Matha, Pitha & Guru, we are taking the 3rd place of every person’s 
life. Be proud for being a ‘Guru’ for your people. 
 Understand the importance and values of your work. 
 Even though your inner character is different, as a trainer your 
responsible to mould your people. Be a role model for your 
trainees. 
 You need to truly enjoy helping people. 
 Develop your helping mentality. 
 Seeing people grow and learn makes you feel good. 
 Seeing others success gives you a sense of pride and
