natural light to every space. And oriented at an angle of 12.5°
from north

 The building have been planed in east
and west orientation..
 but orientation toward hot sun and
heavy rain, the orientation can be rotate
that may be give positive value.
 also the building have good access of
day light and breeze through terrace
garden and window the building have 4
different types of house, that is of
variations expressed externally by shear
end walls that hold up the cantilevers.
 The surfaces cut away to open up
double height terrace gardens at the
corners is the nice idea.

Case 3: VIVA TOWER: A mixed used building found in Dar es salaam situated
near city center Posta and near another mixed use
building Uhuru heights along Bibi Titi road
this building is

Maison Loucheur (1928-9)
designed by Le Corbusier
A combination of folding
furniture and sliding walls
allows different configurations
for day and night.
Le Corbusier argues that the
purchaser is paying for 46m2
of space but through the
cleverness of the design is
actually getting 71m2 of
effective space.
