humans will be able to survive and thrive on other planets, like Mars. The outcome
of our ecosystem was a failure, like all other previous attempts. Our ecosystem was
too hot and had too higher CO2 levels, to be able to sustain the life of insects, and
grow plants. This was because, we did not have enough fresh water, going into all
the layers and fresh oxygen, as a result of no greenery growing. I believe, if we
placed grown plants in our bottle at the start of our experiment, we would have had a

Throughout time, historians have relied on first person encounters to accurately
depict the world and the people at a certain time. Cotton Mather s, The Wonders of
the Invisible World, does exactly that by giving the reader a perspective into the
Salem witch trials as well as a first person view from Mather himself. Through this
work, Mather shares his opinions on the actions taken in the trials and the works of
the Devil and God inside of New England. During this time period, religion played a
significant part in society such that it was a driving force behind the hysteria created.

Lee Johnson, the defendant, was convicted of desecrating a flag in violation of
Texas law. Johnson burned the flag to protest the policies of President Ronald
Reagan. He was sentenced to one year in prison and was given a $2,000 fine. A
Texas court tried and convicted Johnson but he then appealed, arguing that burning
the American flag was symbolic speech and was protected by the First
Amendment. The Supreme Court agreed to hear his case.
ISSUE: Does convicting a citizen for burning the American flag violate the symbolic
speech clause protected by the First Amendment of the United States Constitution?

The proposition that the exclusionary rule should be abolished is preposterous. There

needlessly for the sake of protecting the rights of those who violate its laws.
Opponents of the exclusionary ruleperceive its gains to be dubious; its costs
overwhelming. This perception is a flawed overestimation of the results of the rule s
principles. The principle in this case is that the exclusionary rule serves to protect the
rights of the accused, and is specifically designed to create an incentive for police...
