Silent Edge specialise in improving organisational performance through
individual behaviour change.
From psychological theories, such as planned behaviour theory and reasoned-
action theory, it is known that to change behaviour you must first address
underlying beliefs and attitudes.

Our approach enables managers to observe the skills and behaviours of their people;
highlighting where changes are needed and allowing them to explore underlying
beliefs and attitudes, which are far less observable.

Step one: Explore evidence-based data with individuals in a way that encourages
them to reflect and change beliefs.
