This document provides instructions for different photo shots of a model for a magazine cover and spread. It describes 10 different shots ranging from close-ups to mid-shots to long shots. For each shot, it specifies the angle of gaze, positioning of hands or body, facial expressions, and other details to capture the model in a natural yet intentional way to portray different moods and personalities for the artistic spread.

1. FrontCover A)This is a side profile shot of the model, taken as a
mid-shot. The models angle of gaze should be eye-
level, and they should have a serious expression.
Also, should be wearing some form of floral hair
accessory.
B) This is a long shot with the angle of gaze towards
the camera. The model should have their hands in
their jacket pockets and be wearing a hair accessory.
C)This is a close-up of the side profile of the model.
They should be looking upwards and have an
intimidating expression.
D) This is a mid-shot, with the models hand is his hair,
and the other by his side. They also should be looking
away from the camera with their head turned away.

2. Contents E)This is a mid-shot. The model should have his hands in his
pockets, with a female arm draped around his chest. His angle
of gaze should be the camera, and he should have a stern
expression. This shot is meant to be cheeky and ambiguous.
F) This is a mid-shot with the angle of gaze being away from
the camera with a warm, laughing expression, as if someone is
making him laugh. His hands should be together. This should
make my artist seem more natural and realistic.
G)This is a long shot with his body facing away from the
camera, but his head rotated so that he is looking in the
direction of the camera.
H) This is a long shot, and he is standing with his hands on his
jacket, as if he is pulling it together or tightening it. He should
be smiling away from the camera. This shot should also make
my artist seem more natural and therefore relatable.

3. DoublePageSpread I)This is a close-up, with the model wearing some form of hat.
His angle of gaze should be directly to the camera, with a
blank expression.
J) This is a mid-shot with the angle of gaze being away from
the camera as if he is talking to someone next to the camera.
His arms should be raised, as if he is expressing a part of the
conversation with hand gestures. This shot will make my artist
seem more ‘human’.
K) This is a close-up taken from either a high or low angle, with
the model looking upwards. His expression should be
quizzical.
L) This is a long shot, with the model sitting on a chair
backwards, with his arms resting on the top of the chair,
leaning either backwards or forwards. He should have an
intimidating expression.
