such as rapid and predictable onset of action, high relative bioavailability and non invasive mode of

type (trehaloseas non reducing and maltose as reducing sugar), hydroxy propyl ОІ cyclodextrin
concentration (0%, 0.02% and 0.04%) and adding tween 80 as surfactant on physicochemical
stability and aerosol performance of spray freeze dried salmon calcitonin was investigated. High
performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) analysis indicated that cyclodextrin concentration had
the most important effect on powder s chemical stability and by increasing the concentration of
cyclodextrin stability of the formulations increase dramatically. Based on the chemical stability data
four formulations (chemical stability over than 90% ) was selected for further examinations.
Fluorescence spectroscopy and circular dichroism data suggest that these chemically stable
formulations are structurally stable too. Aerosol performance data shows that surfactant free
formulations produce higher fine particle fraction (approximately 70%) than surfactant containing
formulations (approximately 50%). It may be due to the more cohesive structure of surfactant
containing formulations.

his auteur status. Wilderpeople is about an orphan boy who moves from one foster family to

majority of the film takes place as Ricky Baker is on the run through the vast forest. While
structurally different from Boy, both films deal with coming of age, parents, and loneliness.
Wilderpeople is explicitly divided up into ten chapters and an epilogue, while still being a
somewhat causally driven film (Boy is more episodic). Since Wilderpeople relies more on a

Morley deals with the topic of laziness in a overly sarcastic and satirical tone to stress the

the supposed benefits of laziness is meant to be treated as a satire. He in no way is actually

Many games are in fact built like a hierarchy where there is a group of people that are more
superior than the others. Everyone strives to be the best they can be, but there is always a few
elite that are believed to be the best. The ones considered to be the elite are destined to advance,

games very confident. Katniss was also a force to be reckoned with, and the scene where she is
