▪ 2007 – PRESENT: CONSUMER LENDING OJT TRAINER

Coach, develop and train new employees on the processing of loan applications, title work,
and finalizing consumer loans. During the eight-week training process, which I coordinate, I
also demonstrate various lending products, services and selling techniques. In the last nine
years, I have successfully trained dozens of new personnel in consumer lending at various
locations around Central Texas. Additionally, I have introduced enhancements to training
resulting in a better coordinated program. Conduct weekly assessments, encourage trainees
to educate members on the products and provide the highest level of quality service to fit
their needs. Implement and maintain operational procedures to maximize efficiency and
service. Regularly collaborate with and encourage cooperation between teams across
departments and locations with the goal of enhancing RBFCU results and quality service for
members. Practice sound problem solving.
▪ 2004 – 2007: SENIOR CONSUMER LENDING MAIL LOAN REPRESENTATIVE

As a top performing loan representative, conducted loan application interviews and finalized
consumer loans for thousands of local and out of state members enhancing the business’
bottom line. With customer service as a priority, I educated and assisted members with
information about products that fitted their needs and corresponded with them when
necessary. Made sound decisions based on RBFCU policies and procedures and attended
various training sessions to ensure quality. Also processed title work for auto, boat,
motorcycle, recreational vehicles and ATV’s, for Texas, other states and overseas.
